Atlas Traverse: Marrakech to the High Peaks – A Premium Mountain Bike Odyssey

Activity: Arrive at Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK). Transfer provided to your 4-star hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax and explore the vibrant city.

Activity: After breakfast, load bikes and gear into the support vehicle for a 1-hour transfer out of the city and into the foothills of the Atlas. Arrive at a beautiful lodge, assemble bikes, and do a 1.5-2 hour shakedown ride on the trails around the lodge to test the bikes and acclimatise.

A proper introduction to Atlas riding. A long, sustained climb on a mix of gravel tracks and ancient Berber paths, rewarded with a spectacular descent into the Imlil Valley.

This day offers incredible high- altitude scenery and technical, rewarding descents through traditional villages. o Ride: ~43km, ~1200m climbing. This is your designated "Hero Day." A relentless climb up a steep valley, finishing with a potential "hike-a-bike" section on the final approach to Oukaimeden, North Africa's highest ski resort. The effort is rewarded with breathtaking views and a sense of achievement.

After the heroics of yesterday, enjoy a shorter climb to warm up, followed by one of the best descents in the Atlas Mountains—a long, fast, and flowing drop on singletrack and The jeep tracks back down to a lower valley.

A final day of great riding, linking together forested trails and valleys back towards Marrakech. A final celebratory dinner. o Ride: ~30km, ~ 490m climbing. Fun, flowing
